Progress Report: Porsche 911 (991.2) RSR Part 1

Replicating Porsche's Iconic RSR

Full Custom Rear Diffuser based on Full Scale 991.2 RSR
I'm not going to lie, I have just recently got into Porsches within the last two years. My uncles and my older brother have always loved them but it wasn't until I started appreciating endurance races, which I also got into recently, that showed me the true awesomeness that is Porsche. If you follow me on Instagram, you'll see my Porsche customs have significantly increased. But because I love them so much, I take my time with them. With my day job and being a parent taken into consideration, it takes me about a month just to finish one widebody custom. This project officially started September 2018 and still just about 80% done with it and it is February 2019. I'm doing plenty of things I have never done before and I want to make sure I do them all right. There is still loads to do and this is just the first entry in my "Progress Report" series for this custom.

Wing delete

Shaved off a good amount to make room for the diffuser.

Cut off almost half of the back bumper.

75-80% done. Still need to smoothen it up a bit.

What do you think so far? I'm planning on going with the Porsche factory livery but I'm open to suggestions.

More Progress Reports and finished customs to come. See more on my Instagram: @pd9customs
